Your evaluation is conducted by a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional with more than ten years of clinical practice and an active license in every state we serve. You'll get a direct, respectful evaluation and clear next steps.

Where we work

In person, or by secure telehealth

In-person evaluations take place at our Morgantown, West Virginia office. DOT permits SAP evaluations by real-time audio and video when regulatory and credential requirements are met, and we hold an active clinical license in every state we serve: West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware and Texas. For a telehealth evaluation you must be physically located in one of those states during the visit.

Telehealth sessions run through practiceQ, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You click a link — there's nothing to install.
